Returns And Refunds
If something's not right or if you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, citing your order number, and the reason for your exchange or refund.
We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery (please email us to arrange). Return shipping for a refund due to a change of mind will be at your own expense.
Your purchase must be in its original condition, resalable and with tags attached. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that made-to-order or customised products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Occasionally, selected items on sale may not eligible for return. Details of these products will be found on the product page, shopping bag and checkout.
Quality And Care
All of our items must pass a rigorous quality checking process before they are deemed suitable for sale. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, or if your item(s) appear to be damaged upon arrival, please advise us within 14 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and images and details of the problem.
Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and determine whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect.
Should details relating to the handling and care of your product be missing (woven care labels), please email email@example.com to request for this information. However, we recommend that all Donata Davidoff products be cleaned by a specialist dry cleaner.
We cannot be held responsible for any act undertaken by the customer without consulting us which may result in damage to the product(s) due to not following care instructions, and guidelines normally present on each item's wash care label.
CancellationIf your finger slipped and you ordered by accident, you can email us within 12 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order.
ShippingYour purchase(s) is your responsibility until is reaches us, so please make sure it is packaged properly and will not be damaged in transit. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning and that you obtain proof of postage. Signature on delivery to us is required.
Once ApprovedPlease email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and we will transfer the shipping costs to your account.
Refunds will be solely at our discretion.
